1. Using the site
You may browse the site and buy products for personal, lawful use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or interfere with its operation.
2. Products and descriptions
Our objects are made in small batches from natural materials such as timber and fibre, so colour, grain and weave vary from piece to piece. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but slight differences are part of the product, not a defect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES) and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers through Shopify, and we do not store your full card details.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping and delivery
Made-to-order lead times vary by piece. Contact the studio before ordering to confirm the current production and delivery estimate. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
6. Returns and refunds
To discuss a return, contact the studio through our Contact page. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, send a description and photos so we can discuss a repair, replacement or refund. Custom or personalised pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s text, images, designs and logos belong to Kito Objects or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you.
10. Changes and contact
